Bullet

My mom's dog Bullet was ranover while we were at lunch in town Friday  :(   He was sure a sweet little dog and Brecklyn loved him from the get go!  My mom got this little half Sheltie/half Pomeranian dog from my cousin Jennifer almost a couple years ago.  Here are a few pics when he was a puppy.  This summer Brecklyn had just started having my mom put him on a leash for him, and when she was done playing with him for a bit, she'd find a place to "hang him" aka tie him up.  He was such a good little dog for her to play with.

We didn't tell Brecklyn right away about it, because we haven't really had any talks to her about death, well after finding a dead mouse in the house Saturday afternoon, and she started asking questions about it all, we went ahead and told her about Bullet.  She didn't seem too sad about it.  She just said "and Jesus is up there pettin he'm?"  An hour or so later we went next door to my cousin Heather's wedding reception and Brecklyn told anyone that would listen about the dead mouse and Bullet getting ran over and going to Heaven.  After that she went with my mom and Robert to the races to watch my dad and Ren race their dwarf cars(Ren won it, $1500 and all).  On the way I guess she was talking about it again and they said something about the mouse and Bullet in heaven and she said "the mouse is not in Heaven, it is in the garbage can!"
