These are the days!

things I want to remember..... really, I pretty much want to remember it all!  And somehow I think I will.... although slowly I forget.  I've forgotten what it was like to only have one little Brecklyn.  I don't think it was much easier, but who knows because I don't remember.  She likes to have friends to play with, and her and Hayden are good buddies.  I love hearing them laugh so hard about something that I totally didn't 'get.
Speaking of not getting it..... every time I vacuum, the girls go NUTS!! All 3 of them, scream and run and just squeal.  I love it!   And every now and then Hayden will come up behind me, shut my vacuum off and say "mom, i'm gonna get bigger"
They all love growing up, and doing things that make them feel "bigger".  Brecklyn was so excited to finally get a booster carseat.  Hayden wants one too.  Brecklyn also just started Primary, and she loves it!  Her teacher is IlaMae Coombs.  We've had 3 or 4 leaders tell us how sweet Brecklyn is, and how well behaved she is in Sunbeams. Hayden was just starting to really like nursery, and now that brecklyn's not in there she's back to not really wanting to go.
Random.... but hayden told me this morning that her dad is a nice girl, but he's not home right now.  He has been working quite a bit of over time with all these double digit/coldest spot in the nation/negative temperatures!
Those cold outdoors have pretty much put a stop to our construction on our house that we bought last year.  I am soooo excited for when we get to move in!  Not that I dislike it where we're living.  We're a little on the crowded side, but it works.  AND we have GREAT neighbors!  Couldn't ask for better.  In fact, Granma just brought us homemade bread last week, straight outta the oven!
A day that maybe I might not mind forgetting..... this past MONDAY.... ugh..... the night before, Brecklyn got out of bed about 10:30 p.m...... complaining of an earache.  We took turns holding her, and putting her back to bed, giving her Tylenol, rocking her, giving her ibuprofen, laying with her on the couch, till finally she drifted off to sleep at 2 am.  Awake again at 6.   Got a Dr appointment w/ Dr. Kulp for 10:45.  My mom had went with my grandparents out of town for an eye dr. appointment, and I didn't figure kelby and hayden would happily stay with anyone else that was available to watch them, so I took them all with me..... WHAT A MESS!!  Had them all crying as we walked in to the dr.'s building.  Brecklyn was so miserable, and it was almost lunch time and nap time.  Made it through the appt okay, then had them send the prescription to walmart----BIGGEST MISTAKE!!  Pretty much the whole time there, at least one of them was crying.... sometimes all of them!  45 minute wait.  Bought brecklyn some ibuprofen and she was finally able to relax, she wanted to sleep in the cart, Hayden and kelby just wanted me to hold them.  We were quite the circus!
I've been thinking Hayden was ready to potty train, for quite a while, but I was going to wait till we got in our house so that she didn't regress like I've heard is likely.  I finally decided to go ahead and try it and see how she did..... she was SSOOOO easy! she loves it, I don't hardly have to even remind her to go.  and she's only had a couple accidents in the 2 weeks since we started.  A few days ago her and brecklyn were having quite the time trying on each others panties... Brecklyn loves that hayden is going potty on the toilet, and she'll usually go with her, and sometimes she'll even wipe hayden....lol.    One time when Brecklyn had first learned to go on the toilet, we were in a public restroom, and after she climbed off the toilet she took off to the door and said "lets get outta here" haha she didn't like the automatic flushers.
I am just loving being a mom to little girls!!  We have fun painting our nails. They like fixing my hair.  They help me cook and clean.  They love playing dress up, and getting their hair done fancy.... all except for the tangles part.... but who likes that anyway. They like reading books with each other and being read to by anyone else.  They like turning on the music and dancing.  They love to color, and do water paints. They love to take pictures and have their picture taken.  They like making new friends.   I just love them so much.  I can't imagine my life any other way, and wouldn't want it any other way.  They make me smile daily!   And I couldn't be more in love with Robert.  How perfect he is for me.  What we have just works.  He makes me feel pretty no matter what!  I don't feel like I have to get all dressed up or have my hair just perfect, or be in tip top shape, even tho I like to do those things for him.  Ya know, I think this is the life I've always wanted.  I mean really, who could ask for more!?!?
